First, this is a text based course ( for now ), meaning you'll have to read all the information. The reason I say "for now" is because I constantly keep improving the product and videos will come soon.

Second, the information is divided into theory based information and more practical information. Meaning some episodes will just give you information regarding training, nutrition and recovery and other modules will teach you how you can apply that information to make progress in your journey.

Third, once you get inside you won't yet have access to everything inside. The majority is already available, but some parts are still being built. These will be indicated as "coming soon". Some of those currently include "Self Transcendence", which is our mindset phase and "Action plans". Like I said previously, the product is under constant improvement and you'll get access to those improvements once they're fully built.
